We carry several products that are dedicated to the removal of blood. However, it is all dependent on the fibre. For instance, dealing with wool compared to a synthetic solution.

Can I pour boiling water on the blood stain?

Absolutely not. Heat sets the protein into the fibre making it near impossibke to remove . Also, boiling water will affect the backing of the carpet, damaging the glue along with the weave and weft.  

Always use cold water.
